In-Home Sports Medicine Recovery

Training hard is only half the work. The other half is recovering well enough to do it again tomorrow.

Sports medicine recovery care addresses the wear and tear that builds up when you are active, busy, or both. This lifestyle requires a type of care that can keep you training for years, not just through your next race or season.

In-home recovery visits are available to established patients. Each visit includes a movement assessment, hands-on chiropractic care, and targeted soft tissue work to help your body bounce back faster, without adding another drive to your week.

Class 4 laser therapy can be added for an additional fee to support faster tissue healing and pain relief.

In-Home Prenatal Chiropractic Care

Pregnancy changes your body fast. Round ligament pain, SI joint tension, shifting posture, disrupted sleep. Most of it is treatable. And most of it is easier to address when you are not fighting traffic and a parking garage to get there.

Dr. Colleen is Webster's Technique certified and specializes in prenatal chiropractic care. She works with your body through every trimester, including the weeks your belly makes a table exam feel impossible.

An in-home prenatal visit includes a movement assessment, hands-on chiropractic care, and targeted soft tissue work for the specific demands of your changing body.

In-Home Postpartum Care

Your body just did something incredible and enormous. The last thing it needs is to load up your newborn in the care or sit in a waiting area.

Postpartum Chiropractic care addresses the structural changes that happen after delivery. Pelvic alignment, thoracic tension from nursing and carrying your little one, plus core and pelvic floor reconnection. This kind of recovery sets you up for the next 10 years, not just the next 10 weeks.

Dr. Colleen sees postpartum patients in-home as soon as you are ready, after delivery (because there is no reason to wait 6 weeks to start your recovery).
